SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our items usually on the same day we have received your order. We ship using Royal Mail First Class Service unless you request a tracked service. We use an International Airmail service for our overseas customers.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to exchange any item (other than earrings, which are non-returnable due to reasons of hygiene and safety.) If the item is defective due to bad workmanship we are happy to offer a refund, an exchange or a free repair. Please contact us if you have any queries.
